"Yo no recomiendo este lugar , en el 2021 compré mi carro y siempre cada mes me subían el precio , de 125 dólares subía a 150 dólares y cada vez que llamaba siempre me respondían que lo revisarían y cuando llegaba el siguiente cobro era 175 dólares y así hasta que cambie de seguro y cuando llamaba a hacer el traslado se negaban hacerlo y no solo eso también tenía el seguro de la casa con esta misma empresa y cuando cancele la del carro también me cancelaron la de la casa y bien que le pague todo el año por eso mejor no vengan a este lugar no les recomiendo."

"State Farm is terrible. The agent is merely a sales person. They cannot actually help you with a claim. You are sent to an offshore call center where its completely formulaic (talk track) and they cannot actually talk to you like you are a human and answer real questions. My car was parked at a repair shop and a truck hit a fence that fell on my car and did a bunch of damage all over the car. The estimate from the trucking company's insurance was $6,000. They sent a person to my home to look at the car. I did call one of their body shops *Georgia Luxury Automotive Norcross) and they would only do estimates via an AI app and refused to even look at the car. The only way to get an estimate was via AI. The estimate they sent in was 1/2 of what the trucking company that hit my car sent - it was $3,000. I've only ever used State Farm my whole life, and my parents used it before me. Just awful."
